Today, I had my 2nd session with Ruth who is taking me through an accreditation to coach with Coachnet.org
It has taken me well over a year to mentally and emotionally be in the right place to begin to learn to be an accredited Coach. I have know Ruth quite a while so I feel at ease with her. I received three months coaching with my senior Pastor at my church prior to this decision, during a session I was able to uncover the plan and purpose for my life. I was able to realise this by using a powerful Ministry Gifts profiling I could see what my strengths and weaknesses were and what occupation I could use my gifts in….My main strength is the gift of Encouragement, partly stems from the fact that as a child I didn’t receive very much encouragement myself and therefore I know how important and the impact it can have on you to receive it….
The underpinning knowledge and system I will be learning is based on being a Life Coach though I plan to use my new skills as a Business Coach.to assist young adults from 18 years onwards.
The benefits of coaching are massive. Technically speaking about 700% for return on investment. The emotional benefits I feel are even greater. Congratulations Stella on your accomplishments. Your clients will be blessed with your presence.

The gift of encouragement is a wonderful gift. As a therapist, I encourage my clients as they go through very difficult times in their lives. Blessings to you and your future in coaching.
