Today I had another session with my Coach…

Today, I had my 2nd session with Ruth who is taking me through an accreditation to coach with Coachnet.org

It has taken me well over a year to mentally and emotionally be in the right place to begin to learn to be an accredited Coach. I have know Ruth quite a while so I feel at ease with her.  I received three months coaching with my senior Pastor at my church prior to this decision, during a session I was able to uncover the plan and purpose for my life.  I was able to realise this by using a powerful Ministry Gifts profiling I could see what my strengths and weaknesses were and what occupation I could use my gifts in….My main strength is the gift of Encouragement, partly stems from the fact that as a child I didn’t receive very much encouragement myself and therefore I know how important and the impact it can have on you to receive it….

The underpinning knowledge and system I will be learning is based on being a Life  Coach though I plan to use my new skills as a Business Coach.to assist young adults from 18 years onwards.

Prioritising your Income and Expenses

Abiding by the rules for your self – 10% tithe to the church, money to put away for a rainy day, paying the bills on time, work rest and play, having a vacation and also one thing we must not forget, paying money into our pensions.  We need to be vigilant as one day when we are not working we will be depending on our pension to fund our lifestyle.

With a small pension, your lifestyle may only mean, providing somewhere to live, food and drink, you may have to forget about that vacation!

Living by the sea I am actually spoilt, just ten minutes walk and I can be on the beach so spending a lot of money on a vacation is something I don’t do very much.  Also, with the children at school, I have to wait until their school holidays.

I enjoy so much the company of like-minded people who may not be in my town or even the same country I travel overseas when ever I can to Business Networking events.  I find it so exciting in the company of Entrepreneurs especially when we are working in the same in Industry, interesting to get to know these people and find out what their passions aspirations and goals in life are.

I joined World Ventures in 2010, I thought it would be an ideal service to use when I was on my networking trips , at least I would have the confidence to know that the hotels would be safe to stay in..

World Ventures gives me my own site http://connector.dreamtripslife.com/dreamtripslife to shop for my travel.  Rovia do their utmost best to provide you with the best value for money using their Rate Shrinker-

(Rate Shrinker will begin scanning hundreds of databases for a lower fare on your exact same itinerary.) and as part of the service for IPHONE users there is an app called Rovia Assist which you can download and log into so you have your own personal  assistant service staffed by experts in everything from travel assistance medical care and concierge services – 24 hrs a day- 7 days a week- anywhere in the world – this will help simplify your life…

Tips for building lasting friendships.

1.  Honour and Respect

2.  Allow other people to be independent and do things their own way and offer help when asked and needed

3.   Be loyal and not criticise them  for having different ideas and opinions., ‘…That critical spirit has a way of boomeranging.

4. Resist temptation to seek faults.. Don’t…jump on their failures…unless…you want the same treatment…

5. Give others space  – call up to arrange an appointment before showing up.

6. Only give advise when asked too.

7. Love your friend and neighbour as yourself…

Guidelines of how to accomplish your Purpose in Life.

Successfully, share your dream with other people.

Connect with them in the following ways;-

Logically

What people don’t believe – they don’t buy into. Share your vision and communicate what is happening today! Communicate an understanding of the successes and also the challenges you are overcoming.

Create a Strategy

Share the strategy, i.e  how we can expect to move forward step-by-step  and create goals to move us forward.   Ideally, work as a team –  different tasks are delegated to individuals, the task seems more attainable and each person involved has an increased sense of personal ownership and involvement.

 Together – Everyone – Achieves – More

Share your Dream Emotionally

Can you communicate your passion!    When we work hard and are successful, we receive rewards, we get excited about them

We seek like-minded people, to partner up with us, we understand that 10% of people are Pioneers, 70% percent are Settlers and 20%  are Antagonists.

My goal is to win over the Pioneers, to wait for the Settlers and to leave the Antagonists behind.  Which category do you fall into?  Comment on the POLL

 Share your Dream Visually

When people understand what you are trying to do and achieve they will buy into it.

Most people want to feel that they are part of something bigger than themselves, when a dream is truly great it benefits everyone.. You need to help them connect with the opportunities for achieving personal growth, finding fulfillment and increasing their self-esteem.

Communicate the reasons you chose to do what you did and what price or sacrifices you were willing to make to make sure you will achieve your dream..

Live the dream, practice integrity and then you achieve a degree of success, the results will speak for themselves and people that have the same mindset will take ownership of it and join you.

Perseverance

Are you a mere Starter but also a Finisher?

When the enthusiasm for a new idea fades, do you carry on or make excuses and quit?

When the odds against you increase and the results diminish you just strive to continue and not take your eyes off the dream of the end result.  Quitting is more about who you are, than where you are or what you are up against.  We all have our excuses but external influences should not hold you back!

Most of us stop ourselves from reaching our full potential.  We can pretend that people, situations and things outside of ourselves are to blame, but really it is our self image and lack of confidence that tries dampen our enthusiasm and achievements.

Strive to achieve that positive mindset and keep on keeping on until you reach your goal

Faith is like a muscle;

if you don’t exercise it consistently it will atrophy and become powerless.

When I speak about my “faith” to non –believers they find it difficult to comprehend.

Just like everything else if you don’t pay attention to it, it will eventually disappear,

Actively, applying faith to situations that need a godly power and believing that these situations will come to pass will make your faith grow when you see the results of prayer and the positive thinking that goes hand-in hand with it.

I know that I am in the right place, so also believe that God will see me through the challenges that will come; each one will teach me something about myself and enable me to grow stronger in my character.

Assistance will be available in your Trials and Struggles!

God will help you in your trials and struggles.  He knows the people that you need to help you and the resources you need to get the job done and when we ask him, he will provide them.  If we are open to see, we can see God’s hand at work in what ever we are going through today.

Struggles don’t go away, but if we can alter our mindset to the way we see them, not be too passive, but to confront these situations.

I have had a very painful hand for the past couple of months, I have had prayer for it and it has eased up but recently I have been working very hard and I come to realise that it must be repetitive strain with using my USB Mouse.  Today, the Mouse is not working and I have had to result to using the square mouse or what ever you might call it on my laptop which previously I gave up with as it was too slow.  Probably for the best as I don’t want to be crippled for life, so you could say that in this situation God was moving as he showed me a better way to work.

‘If you would go every day to a very large tree and take five swings at it with a very sharp axe, eventually, no matter how large the tree, it would have to come down!!!

Basically, it is the same with Network-Marketing, in this case the FREE DREAM_TRIP you offer people the chance to have a free vacation, all they need to do is register and watch this movie   – http://connector.windreamtrips.com  Some people you ask won’t bother as they don’t believe you when you tell them there is no catch.  Some people start watching the movie and when they see what it speaks about they give up half-way through so they then don’t activate the email that states they have watched the movie, so they don’t get in to the draw.  Some people say point blank they don’t want the opportunity.   Some of the people that actually watch the movie, may see and understand the opportunity and know it is for them, these are the people that I will work with.  Well to find these people it is almost like looking for a needle in a Haystack.  It wasn’t until I got involved with this business that I began to see how many negative and unmotivated people there were around, my own friends and relatives included!

Well, it is a numbers game to find those few people you need to ask just about everyone you come in contact with.  So basically, you are back to this trust element – would people you have never spoken to before actually believe that out of the blue a total stranger would be offering them an opportunity to have a free vacation, no strings attracted!   Sounds wildly unlikely doesn’t it  – though in this case it is true as I am sure that if I persevere with my dream to achieve the living  and a better lifestyle I will find other people who want to have the same.

I was taught a number of years back that the plan in a Christian’s walk was to be blessed so that in turn I would be able to give and bless others.  Recently, someone sneered that it was a bad suggestion to be wealthy, but in fact the aim to be wealthy is to be in the position to give back to the community
